What We Can Do For You
Our pavement analysis is based on the PCI (pavement conditioning index) that has been tailored to commercial and residential applications. We take a section of pavement. In many cases it is a small area on a parking lot roughly 30’ x 30’. This area is then subjectively gone over to determine asphalt condition, crack presence and density, paint status and sweeping necessity. The pavement is rated on a scale of 0-100 based upon our trained technicians analysis. Our analysis is in accordance with ASTM D6433 specifications. All technicians are trained in house to adhere to these specs set forth.
