Pavement Analysis Reports

Benefits of Pavement Analysis

Budgeting

Use our custom pavement reports to develop a budget within your HOA or business. Foresight is key when dealing with maintenance and surprise expenses are never welcomed.

Cost Savings

Don’t fix something that isn’t broke. Use our reports to determine when maintenance is necessary. By doing this you will maximize your cost savings and ensure that only necessary maintenance is being done.

Custom Reports

Our reports are built specific to your pavement surface. As a property manager you may have dozens of properties in need of analysis. We will complete a report for each property.

Professional

Our reports are built on the basics of the PCI scale – a pavement conditioning index widely used throughout the US and Europe – that have been slightly adjusted for commercial and residential properties.

Get a Better Picture

Use our reports to gather a full picture of your pavement. It’s a huge investment for any property, so why not make the most of it?

Doing Our Part

Pavement maintenance adds to the sustainability of our community. Why would we pump resources, time and money in to constantly rebuilding and repaving when we can maintain our surfaces for the long run.

What We Can Do For You

Our pavement analysis is based on the PCI (pavement conditioning index) that has been tailored to commercial and residential applications. We take a section of pavement. In many cases it is a small area on a parking lot roughly 30’ x 30’. This area is then subjectively gone over to determine asphalt condition, crack presence and density, paint status and sweeping necessity. The pavement is rated on a scale of 0-100 based upon our trained technicians analysis. Our analysis is in accordance with ASTM D6433 specifications. All technicians are trained in house to adhere to these specs set forth.
